
As founder and CEO, Mr. Rogers is the visionary behind Fenestra's work with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and the U.S. Bureau of the Census.
Dr. Schafer shapes dynamic content, to increase the value of information for clients and their customers. As technical lead for various Bureau of the Census projects, he has helped spearhead various efforts to support GPEA and E-government initiatives. Key recommendations and innovations of Dr. Schafer's were launched nationally as back-end features of the 2002 Economic Census - including the use of XML for metadata reuse (the first use of XML at the Bureau), and the deployment of the Generalized Instrument Design System.
Lisa has spent more than three years in executive-level administrative support, providing customized, personal attention to Fenestra's employees, customers and suppliers.
John directs the development of customer specific adaptations of Fenestra's successful GIDS Autoformatter system. He also spearheads the ongoing improvement of Fenestra's quality assurance processes.
Alison Furlong designs and manages web-based applications. She sets software requirements, determines appropriate technology and coordinates internal and external teams. She is currently the project leader for a well-received time tracking and calendar system.
With an extensive background in XML technologies and XML security-related technologies, Mr. McKennirey is helping to support Lockheed Martin's Electronic Records Archives project on behalf of the National Archives and Records Administration. (Fenestra is part of Lockheed's team.)
Lee Meininger is helping to redesign Fenestra-authored technologies for the U.S. Census Bureau. His specialty is functional abstractions and interprocess communications using DLLs, COM, CORBA, and Web Services.
Jane manages all corporate communications for Fenestra and facilitates dialogue with government and private sector luminaries through her participation in the Council of Professional Associations on Federal Statistics, Women in Technology and the International Governmental Financial Management Association. She helps champion the adoption of new technologies among clients, their customers and the media.
Evelyn brings more than twenty years of experience in managing complex systems, and integration and application development projects. She has managed a project's full lifecycle including requirements definition, development and unit testing, systems integration/testing, deployment, user training, and customer support and maintenance.
