GERMANTOWN, Md -- Fenestra has selected Evelyn Zeitz to serve as Project Manager. She brings more than twenty years of experience in managing complex systems and integration and application development projects, and has managed a project’ s full lifecycle, including requirements definition, development and unit testing, systems integration/testing, deployment, user training, and customer support and maintenance.
Her duties include working closely with the U.S. Census Bureau to manage the upcoming development for the 2007 Economic Census. She will develop and utilize project management methodologies and development processes that are tailored to Census’ needs and leverage strong communications and leadership skills with Fenestra’s counterparts at Census. In addition she will provide work plan development and management, problem/issue resolution, risk identification/mitigation, documentation, quality assurance and metrics, and supervision of the client acceptance process for contract deliverables.
