GERMANTOWN, Md -- Matthew McKennirey, a senior level consultant known for his work in XML technologies and security, has been hired as a Senior Developer to support the NARA/Lockheed Project on behalf of Fenestra. Most recently he served as founder and CEO of Conclusive Technology where he worked with the Federal CIO Council's E-Forms for E-Gov initiative, the Department of Defense and NIST's Advanced Technology Program.
His numerous presentations, NIST and Patent awards demonstrate a deep commitment to design, policy and implementation in creating secure distributed information applications using a web services architecture and related XML technologies. He has extensive IT experience in Europe due to his tenure with Burlington Consultants, and he also held executive positions with CARE International and Greenpeace International.
"Matthew's ability to design and build secure software as a core component of e-government offers a valuable dimension to our work with NARA and with other clients as well. He is able to quickly understand highly complex information technologies and to use them appropriately," says Rick Rogers, CEO. Further details are available.
