Calling Carroll Creek, by local award-winning artist Ellen Byrne, shows the inventiveness of the Carroll Creek Linear Park in downtown Frederick. The design of the creek's library, bridges and public spaces are very inventive, taking their inspiration from the city's rich history and architecture. At the same time, though, the look is completely bright and modern. Similarly, Fenestra uses traditional IT tools, but applies them in fresh and inventive ways that open up new solutions.
