GERMANTOWN, Md -- Fenestra's approach to streamlining dynamic documents for the Census Bureau's 2002 Economic Census using document-based XML Web Services, is reviewed in Public CIO Magazine as part of the "Deconstructing the Public Sector" article. Tod Newcombe writes about federal initiatives with Web Services, as a way to make it easier to integrate information and deliver services. "They may also change the way we think about government itself," he claims.
