GERMANTOWN, Maryland, USA - Going End-to-End: Interoperable E-Business Standards Integrated with End-User and Internal Interactions, a new white paper by the Data Interchange Standards Association (DISA), highlights Fenestra Technologies Corporations work with the U.S. Census Bureau as an example of supporting end-user interactions.
The author, Alan Kotok, reviews Fenestras role in planning and creating electronic and paper forms, and the planning of forms design and data collection systematically in order to successfully integrate the large amounts of data collected (using XML). The paper can be viewed at www.disa.org
.
"...companies need to capture data from the consumer or end-user, but do so directly, consistently, and unobtrusively as part of the continuous information chain," says Kotok. Fenestras software ensures that both manual and automated data capture are integrated into the overall data processing information chain, thus providing consistent analysis and reporting. Census has retained Rick Rogers, CEO, since 1993, to help modernize the Economic Directorate.
